The Human Resource Services Group Inc. is a team of experienced Occupational Health & Safety and Human Resource Specialists who provide a wide range of services from Occupational Health & Safety Training and Consulting to Human Resource Assistance.
Company ProfileWe at Human Resources Services Group Inc., are an extension to our client's Human Resource Departments. We assist with the development of health and safety policy and procedure manuals that will help our clients pass WSIB's Workwell Audit the first time. Occupational Health and Safety Training is a large part of our business. Our clients rely on our expertise for their OH&S training needs. We strive to stay current with ever changing legislation in order to bring our clients and their staff the information needed to comply with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation and maintain a healthy and safe workplace. Our training is approved by Ontario's WSIB for Basic Certification. We have training programs, which include such topics as: WHMIS, Fork Lift Operator Certification, Propane, Transportation of Dangerous Goods, Confined Spaces, Fall Arrest and Office Hazards. Workplace Health and Safety Assessments are available for our clients and include such issues as: Walking and Working Surfaces, Confined Spaces, Machine Guarding and Ergonomics. We also assist with recruitment issues, helping to find the right employees or candidates for advancement or apprenticeship programs through our pre-employment testing. We have recently added Commercial Vehicle Safety Programs to assist our clients with such issues as Hours of Service, Trip Inspections and Cargo Securement.
